Program at a Glance
Vets on Set is a module-based and work-integrated program designed to translate military experience into professional film-set readiness through progressive, hands-on learning.
Module 1: Recce (Remote)
Participants learn how a film set is structured, how a production day runs, and how military skills such as discipline, teamwork, and reliability directly apply to set work.
Module 2: Basic Training (In Person)
Participants engage in mission-based, hands-on exercises that mirror real set conditions, focusing on safety awareness, communication, and executing tasks under time pressure.
Module 3: Deployment (Work-Integrated Learning)
Participants rotate through key departments on a working film set and then embed in one area to understand workflows, expectations, and realistic pathways into the film industry.
